Cedar Lake – In light of a new report showing that the Inflation Reduction Act supported by Frank Mrvan helped China rake in American dollars, Randy Niemeyer, Lake County Councilman and Republican Congressional candidate in IN-01 issued the following statement:

“The Inflation Reduction Act has completely backfired, leading to a massive increase in Chinese battery imports and doing nothing to ease the burden on the American people. Instead of importing batteries from China, we should focus on developing industry in the United States. Frank Mrvan’s voting record has done nothing but make it harder for hard-working Hoosiers to make ends meet, while stuffing the wallets of the Chinese Communist Party.”
